We start by measuring your space and understanding your goals, needs, and vision. Our team provides expert guidance, explores design options, and delivers a detailed quote with complete transparency from the start.

  1. It depends on the size of the space, the finishes you choose, and how much of the layout changes. We walk you through the options at the consultation and hand over a detailed quote with no hidden line items.

  2. Yes. Permits are required for many remodeling projects, especially those involving structural, plumbing, or electrical changes. Lusso Design & Build handles all permits and code requirements for you.

  3. Most projects run between six and twelve weeks once construction starts. We set the schedule with you before demolition and keep you updated at every milestone.

  4. Open layouts, warm natural materials, oversized islands, and indoor-outdoor transitions that make the most of the California light are what we are asked for most.

  5. Usually not. We seal off the work area, keep the rest of your home livable, and coordinate the noisiest phases with you in advance.
